Store is getting some upgrades which can be difficult during trading hours - keep banging out those 80's tunes and that will help
Easy to get-in & get out. Clean, modern & bright supermarket, plenty of options.
The young lady who was working on the self serve checkouts, (Sunday 3.15pm 14th Sep) What an absolute pleasure it was to have someone smiling, chatting and making me laugh while using the check out. She was attentive without being intrusive, and had great ability to communicate with the customers. She was wonderful and left me walking out with a smile on my face.
A dedicated spot for shopping with heaps of parking and a giant store with all you could need. If you can't get a park out front, head to the back where there's often more space. A giant self checkout as well as fresh sushi and desserts too. This is a huge store, and they stock well.
A pretty good Coles. Big clean wide isles. Stick normally full veggies fresh. Plenty of trolleys. Self serve nuts and nibbles. Large range clothing department. Self serve check outs but they don’t open til after 9am which is annoying on busy school run mornings.
There are literally only 3 non self service checkouts left. This is an utter Disgrace. Staff get fewer shifts, and disabled customers are forced to used self service. Or, are forced, to shop online, which further isolates them. This is Disgraceful
Carpark can be hard to navigate around, it's tight in places. Plenty of parking and a variety of shops dotted around.. The Coles supermarket layout here hasn't been updated in awhile by the looks of it. I'm sure they could make better use of the space and make it easier to navigate.. usually well stocked but be quick on certain specials as stock can fly of shelves and no more to re stock...
10/10 bakery at carrum downs Coles. The bread is delicious and the bakers are so lovely and accommodating. Keep it up. Old school customer service I love
I am a local but have to say the team member manning your self service checkout tonight at 8.45pm was the friendliest person I’ve ever encountered at your store. A+ for good vibes - I work in retail and felt he needed a shout out!
